“No, one does not need to be equal of all traits to be the owner. It just cannot immediately manifest itself in the unequally balanced, so as I said, it breaks apart and manifests itself in those who most embody each trait. I have the Triforce of Power because it is the trait I most believe in and manifest,” Ganondorf removed a thick black glove and showed Marth his hand. The Triforce, outlined in gold, was illuminated on his skin with the top triangle the only one filled in. “The other two, Courage and Wisdom, belong to that child Link and the foolish Princess Zelda, respectively.”
He put the glove back on with a snort. “What I plan to do with it is none of you concern. I do not know what the Fire Emblem does, but yes. It does, in a way. For myself, it allows me to do a number of.. things.”
“And how it is decided that you are the rightful owner then?” Blue eyes looked over the mark calmly yet curiously. He had never seen anything like it, and he wanted to learn more. “And how would you get it back from them?” He asked, visibly tensing since one of those mentioned was his guest at the moment. Neither Link nor Zelda seemed like the types to take it. Of course, from what he understood, they didn’t really choose to accept it, but still, it didn’t seem a good idea to mention anything. “If you are not balanced, wouldn’t it just break again anyway?”
“The Fire Emblem is an object of extreme power with many different forms, mine being the Shield of Seals.” He left out details on purpose, not sure how the other would take to it with him wanting power. “Is that so… What like, if I may ask?”
